COMPUGUYS IS A RIPOFF

BUYER BEWARE

Folks - I am just an ordinary guy - I don't complain very often but COMPUGUYS has my Item AND my money and they are ignoring my emails and ebay messages.

THIS COULD BE YOU!
     I ordered a motherboard on May 6, 2009. I immediately sent off a paypal payment so I could maintain my reputation of being a fast payer. (see Payment details)
     Paypal sent me a confirmation email and I realized that I still had my old shipping address assigned to that paypal account  (See Paypal email)  I had not used it in over a year.
     I fired off an email right away to COMPUGUYS explaining my error and informing them of the correct address. (copy of 1st email)

I sent out a second email warning of the wrong address and included my paypal payment reciept . (copy of second email)

A few days later I got a tracking number and watched the progress of my item as it came to my town (Coeur d 'alene Idaho) and was forwarded on May 11, 2009. I assumed it was forwarded to my new address because I had turned in a chenge of address with USPS and my other mail had been coming through.

The Item was not forwarded it was sent back on May 14, 2009! See Tracking report

I sent them a 3rd message (see message 3) and finally got a response (see compuguys response) asking if my new address was associated with my paypal account. I replied (see message 4) and assured them that it was now my paypal address.
      They replied that it was no problem and please don't send additional shipping fees as I had offered to do. (see compuguys final response to me)

After 10 days I sent this Demand for Delivery or Refund

I HAVE NEVER HEARD ANYTHING SINCE. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS - NO ITEM, NO REFUND, NOTHING!
